Delivery: General Questions

Delivery of goods within Ukraine is carried out free of charge, provided that the purchase amount exceeds 4000 UAH.

If the amount of your order is less than 4000 UAH, you pay the delivery cost yourself according to Nova Poshta tariffs when receiving the order.

Our delivery service operates from Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 17:00 (UTC+3).

Delivery is usually carried out within 1-3 days after placing the order.

In some cases, the minimum delivery time may increase (the item is temporarily out of stock), which the store manager will inform you about separately when confirming the order.

Delivery by Ukrposhta

ATTENTION! Parcels are sent only after receiving prepayment. When choosing the delivery method - delivery by "Ukrposhta", the order will be assembled, packed and sent (within 1-3 business days) as a postal parcel. When the parcel arrives at your post office, a notification should arrive in your mailbox (delivery of notifications is the responsibility of "Ukrposhta" employees).

Delivery by EMS (Express Mail Service)

ATTENTION! Parcels are sent only after receiving prepayment. When choosing the delivery method - delivery by EMS (Express Mail Service), the order will be assembled, packed and sent (within 1-3 business days) as a postal parcel.
